How do I tell which Codec Winamp is using when playing?

I have just installed the latest K-Lite Mega Codec Pack (10.0.15) and then updated it (10.0.18). So I don't know if that is what makes the difference.

Doing an Open With... on this video in any of VLC, MPC, WMA and Winamp happily fires up the video with full audio.

I can see WEBM in the list of File Types supported by Winamp. Though I cannot tell you where that is coming from.
