Never specifically did a Luigi solo. Luigi tends to get a starring role in the equalizer window in most of my Mario game skins. A Luigi character tribute skin would be within my interests but not necessarily within my usual style, so I'll think on this.
There is a reasonably cute Luigi skin out there, I didn't make this one. If I did one it would be... different from this, but it's not bad.
