These days it could take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months.
What skins are suppossed to be judged on are functionability and looks above all else, though the reviewing process has taken alot of heat lately for being inconsistent. Pray for a new process soon.
Oh yea, make sure you skin EVERY component.
