As long as you're using the latest in_mp3.dll (v4.02) and no 3rd-party mp3 plugin (in_mp3pro, in_mad, in_mpg123) then ID3v2 tag support works just fine for mp3 file streams.

It also depends on what your Advanced Title Format string is in: Winamp > Prefs > Titles (eg. if it's set to just show filename, then it will also just show filename for streamed mp3's). And of course, the streamed mp3's naturally need to have ID3v2 tags for them to show (ie. ID3v1 / Lyrics3 / APEv2 tags will not show, only ID3v2).

I have no idea about the 3rd-party audioscrobbler and leoslyrics plugins though.
