Oh, and about libopenmpt_settings... this is mostly a necessity at the moment since the config dialog uses MFC, which makes the initalization stuff slightly complicated. Of course it would be nice to just use pure Win32 code for the config dialog (and a possible info window à la in_mod, which doesn't exist yet but could probably be ported over), but so far this was not a priority for us. If you're interested in making in_openmpt an official replacement for in_mod, re-implementing this would probably be a good first step.

(Another advantage of libopenmpt_settings is that we can plug it into our other player input plugin, xmp-openmpt, without having to change any code)
