1.You need down some free VST from Net.
Example：
Top 40 Freeware VST Plugins Of 2014!
2.Install this Winamp VST Host plugin, and open your preferences. Click on "DSP/Effects" in the menu to the left, and highlight "VST Host DSP v1.1.3 for winmp [dsp_vst.dll]".
When you have selected it, a new window should pop up.
At last, load VST plugin from your disk.
