Nothing says you have to post that you pay royalties or who you pay them to. That's between you and Soundexchange or one of the streaming companies that charges you to pay the licensing for you.
Having your own shoutcast station? Um... it's spendy.... Probably too spendy for a lark. Running a shoutcast station w/o paying royalties... not recommended.
