While you are correct that this topic should be discussed in the Winamp Technical Support sub-forum, Winamp's main context menu's "Window Settings - Scaling" command (right-click on the player controls panel/window) allows several sizes to be selected (50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, 150%, 200%, 250%, 300%, and Custom).
Up-scaling can cause some low resolution graphical elements to become pixelated (blurring details) depending on the display monitor resolution and the resizing of these elements in a particular skin. Some custom re-scaling values can also cause the registration points for pointing and clicking a mouse to be affected (offset up, down, left or right).
