hmm, those characters are covered by utf-8 encodings so there really shouldn't be an issue like that happening. i know there's some quirks with the Source DSP not converting things correctly which might be part of the cause (can't remember what source you're using, heh) that i've got fixed for whenever i make a new public version of it.
then again, the DNAS is generally working in utf8 for what is holding the xml output so there shouldn't be any issues happening. can you confirm which page actions it is that you're seeing the issue on so i can just target those pages please.
