I knew there was another with big buttons... CTI skins by Skin Consortium (of course..). Can't find the links so I'll attach my files.
Really spacious and with big buttons, sort of ugly too, but it does its job, it really looks like a car's UI (a 90's car's UI..). Maybe someone would like to update the style of the skin, it's a good skinning exercise..
