The Winamp playlist editor does have the ability to rotate the playlist (up or down) to keep the currently playing item in view. There is even an option to disable this feature. It works in the skin's external playlist editor window. I hope you'll be able to incorporate this feature into the PL+ list panel, sooner or later.
