is there a way to include some text (id3 tags) into the s/pdif output stream, when playing mp3?

the idea is to show the id3 tag on the display of the external dac, when running winamp on a pc with not monitor attached. therefore i would like to code the id3 data into the s/pdif's subchannel (U-bit), to avoid additional wiring for this overhead information.
