Nice, the dir output is just fine, and I forgot something else. The MPEG-4 Audio Decoder (in_mp4) plug-in will try to load video that are in the MPEG-4 container. It will try to play them as audio files as it has no video decoders (nor will it pass video to DirectShow). If you don't have any audio files that have a .mp4 extension you can remove this from the extension list in the plugin's config and it will still play the incoreect .m4a extension.

If you still have problems can you post more info about the videos that Winamp is trying to load.
