Can you give us more details about your setup? If you are posting only infos about your local computer, how we should know what is going around you.

Do you use an hosted DNAS or do you streaming to RMO, which broadband connection you are using with your laptop (LAN/WLAN) and do you checked this (upload speed, router settings) to close out local issues, do you checked the CPU usage / perfomance of your laptop while you are getting theses issues (high CPU usage can break outgoing network connections), do you tried another streaming-clients...
