Yes, I think that's what it is--an os or driver problem. Local files play in stereo fine. But prior to the Winamp installation, windows media player worked correctly in stereo on streams. Now the streams play in mono.

Any idea where can I make changes to get back stereo in the os or driver configs? (Win 7)
