They have the ASCAP, BMI, SESAC & SoundExchange Logos on their index page. They are all clickable links for you to view their agreements with the licensing authorities.

Completely legit and great people to deal with. You bring your own bandwidth (your own Shoutcast Stream) and they do the reporting and royalties for you. Their licenses allow me to run ads in my stream to help earn offsetting revenue (which their competition didn't without a hefty annual fee).

I believe SoundExchange is coming out with a news release confirming their part of the relationship.

After the SWCast fiasco, I did my research before signing up with their service.
