You don't need listeners.
To register your station to the yp (if you hosting yourself [DNAS]):
- Enter your Authhash in your DNAS
[2.x] server
https://rmo.shoutcast.com/Settings
- Make sure that you entered the correct bitrate & codec (Format)
RMO ->
Settings -> Streams
- Setup in your streaming software (eg. Winamp DSP 2.3.5)
"Make this stream public" (
example)
- Restart server / Reload config.

But if you use "SHOUTcast Hosting" service... I don't know lol.
