Thnx to msfroby for testing and discovering some bugs. They are fixed

16.07.2012 AssBroadcast v4.12.0.780 BETA
Fix: On some OS Interpolation (Client > Interpolation) didn't work
Fix: If your short date in Windows system was not dd.mm.yyyy some parts (Arhive and Interpolation) didn't work properly
