interesting. I didn't even shut down winamp, I just right-clicked and selected "update all" and noticed some of the ones it was downloading were episodes I'd listened to yesterday from the downloaded copy.

So I went to the directory where winamp is saving them and noticed it zero out the size of the existing file just as it began downloading it again.
