Shoutcast server not working

Hello, I previously have been using shoutcast to broadcast my online radio from my computer, but some days ago I installed winamp/shoutcast on another computer and I put in my previous streaming details and it isn't working, I also noticed that the "YELLOW PAGES" have been replaced with "DIRECTORIES". If its a new version as I suspect, what am I doing wrong? and is there any video tutorial for this?

"Yellow Pages" is the same thing as "Directory".

http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/Source_D...ation_Examples (as included in the Source DSP installer) shows what and where to enter things depending on the version of the DNAS server that you are connecting to.

though "it isn't working" is not helpful for getting a solution to your issue. you need to clarify exactly what isn't working.

Hello, Thanks for your help; What I meant by it wasn't working is - when I click the connect button I am told there is an error and a message below states that either the user Id / password is wrong. I will follow the link you provided. Thanks again.

make sure the 'DJ / User ID' field is empty unless you're connecting to a sc_trans instance as a DJ (if you don't know what that means then you're not).
