Winamp crash trying to add media to library

I have about 17,000 media files and winamp can't add this files on media library. Always when trying to scan the watch folders, winamp simply close by itself without any advise or error message and the tracks always remains the same: 751 titles. My videos as watch folders is OK with 1,100 videos added. I have Windows XP running on a Intel Pentium E2180 2GHz Dual Core with 2Gb RAM. I recently had formated my PC and scanned all my files and there is no virus or threats on my media files. Does anybody can help me? Thanks

this thread reminded me of these old issues, maybe the people having the crashes could try 5.7 and see if they can generate a crash report?

BUG #1 = Winamp skips short tracks
Wish #1 = Multiple Column Sorting
Wish #2 = Add TCMP/Compilation editing
