How to get DEV API ID to list all stations in my website

HI

how to get dev api id from shoutcast , i tried to connect but not connecting and i didnt get any response,

please help me out to get solution i need to list stations in my website

It should probably say "We'll get back to you.... within 7 days" on the application form @ https://shoutcast.com/Developer

We receive quite a lot of requests, so please be patient.
We will reply asap.
