PL docking issue

[BILBASICK]

Hi
I want to change the way you draw PL editor from the edge of the screen. Instead of touching any pixel on the dock side, I want it to be just the corner of the screen.
It would prevent accidental playlist popping out when not needed.
How can I do this? Thanks.
