Playlist showing different song

I have several playlists. When I open a playlist and double click to play, the correct song plays, but Winamp changes the name of the title to another song title. As it goes down the playlist, same thing happens, it changes the name of the song to the same "default if you will" song. When I go back into playlist editor and select ok, it changes the name back to the correct title. I deleted the song from my computer that Winamp keeps putting on my music, but still it keeps putting it on every song. It does this in every playlist. Any ideas why Winamp is doing this, or where I can change something to make it stop?

Please use the Winamp Info Tool v4.2 Beta 3 (link below) to make an extended report of your Winamp configuration. Zip the report and use the advanced reply editor to attach the zip file to a post.
