Can't connect to my external ip address

Hi my name is Mike and I have a question for the shoutcast community I am having a problem connecting to my external ip address to stream and broadcast. The ip address that I would like to stream at is My computer is Windows 7 and my ISP is verizon I am using a westell 7500 modem. I can connect and broadcast using the following address with no problems. I checked port forwarding on this modem/router and everything seems to be configured correctly. Can someone please help me with finding a resolution to this issue. I would appreciate it. Also attached is a log of my server below for more details.

no, you wont be able to, most routers do not provide a way to loop back a port forwarded request from the LAN side to the LAN side using the WAN address

if you don't understand the answer, don't worry ... just know that according to your log file, yp can see you as can the stream tester or whatever it's called ... other people will be able to tune in to you

everything is running as it should
