Huge Buffering Issue

Okay here is the short and sweet. Listeners are complaining about buffering problems. I run RadioBoss and have a solid available upload speed of just over 10mbps. I know its not on my end, as when I check the master stream for my station, supplied to me by shoutcast at one time there is no buffering at all. Yet when I link to their own listen here file, I go to TuneIn or any other site that is sharing my stream they are basically too crappy to listen to. It is really not even buffering in some ways because it is more like gaps in the packets. When a song stops, it does not pick up where it left off but sounds more like and old vinyl skip.

When I emailed shoutcast support they didnt even have the decency to respond escept their automated answer.
