Stats not returning properly..

I am using your radionomy/shoutcast system w/ads. Because I am using streamlicensing, I was set up as icecast2. My stats are not returning properly. I am using automation software I wrote (nextkast) and I know it returns proper connected listener numbers with other servers.

I couldn't find any station registered with your email address.
What is the station name / url / email address / etc?
