How can I get the Pro Version now?

How can I get the Pro Version now? I'm just wondering I never got it, I always just used the lite version but I would like to use it.

Just sad to see it go.

i've been using the lite version for about 10 years... does the job. what does the pro version do anyway?

get it off torrent. i think it's only right it returns to the people.

well, i think you can cross that one off the list

i don't feel guilty. it was made as a free product for people to use. the creator got paid $80m off AOL, so i'd say he's been compensated

The $20.00 donation would have been nice, but like the previous poster says, it's too late now.

The video support in the Pro version is still not on par with apps that specialize in video, like "VLC". "Exact Audio Copy" and other apps are better at ripping and burning.

Winamp's killer features are playing music, file management, selectable user interfaces, and the ability to add plug-ins for special needs. Continue using it for that and don't feel bad. AOL ownership made their money back and if they didn't make more of a profit, it was their own fault.

PS:
Be very careful with pirated software. These days, it's not worth the risk.

What's likely to happen post Dec 20 if you install a pro version on a new PC and then try to register it with a valid, paid for, key? Does the registration check phone home to AOL and will therefore fail?

It would be best if you PM me... I also need a valid key for a friend, however most likely i cannot get it simply via buying.

At my opinion please keep the store online till the deadline date.
