Unhappy My station is not listed in Shoutcast directory

As you can see my station isn't listed in Shoutcast radio directories. And of course, I waited for 4 days but nothing changed.


can you please tell me why it's no listed?

Plus

I connected everything to the encoder and its streaming but like I said it's not listed in the Shoutcast directory

The Shoutcast support staff doesn't reply to my emails

I am a member of Shoutcast for Business and new to the station thing

You will hardly get any response here in the Forum. The Shoutcast support is probably your only hope :-( Sorry.

2. Directory listings

SCSS streams are automatically added to the SHOUTcast YP listings.
It can take anywhere from 15 minutes up to 24 hours for new stations to appear in the directory.
Activate your station by sending us a stream.
If your station still hasn't appeared in the listings after 48 hours, do not hesitate to contact us
(via the contact form or provided email address).

Be sure to include your RMO account email and exact station name in any correspondence.

I take it your already opened a ticket or used the contactform?

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.

Everything is working in the DSP on Winamp and its streaming but it's not listed. I waited for 4 days and it still not listed.

I Sent 3 emails to the support's email and they didn't reply.

Since you are using SHOUTcast for Business, we are unable to help you. Only the SHOUTcast Support can help you, which often does not answer.
