How long do I have to wait for an Enterprise request to respond?

Hey,
I sent an Enterprise request last night.
How long do I have to wait for an answer?

Wanted to handle the whole thing relatively quickly.

Well at the moment I could imagine they have christmas holidays. However the times until a support request will be answered (if ever) seems to be very high.

I sent 10, never get replies since December even for servers 404ing and going down, I never got a response.

I seriously think Bruno left and no one took over his job or they haven't figured out there is a zendesk support ticket system they are not looking at... along with this forum...

you are right about the part that this forum is not connected to Radionomy .
Those here that try to help others are volunteers with a passion for Winamp and Shoutcast.

if the customer service for something you pay for is that bad you are absolutely right to take your business elsewhere.

There is a thead about hosting providers perhaps you might find a suitable provider there.

I've already been looking for an alternative. Good customer service and also with advertising.
