SCSS stats aggregator tool not working

I have a couple of stations using SCSS. I have long used the "stats aggregator tool" to tracks listener counts per http://wiki.shoutcast.com/wiki/File:...gator_tool.pdf
However, it has not been working for a couple of months or more. The http request returns some info that appears to be about ALL stations, but no info on the specific station.

Anyone else using this tool for SCSS?

I sent emails to support a month or more ago, but no response at all after the automatic acknowledgement. Seems like there is no one handling support requests these days.

It's been down for near two months now..I've emailed support and nothing, no reply. Really annoying since it's the only live solution comparable to DNAS.

Our engineers are aware of the problem.

The API got broken during recent site updates.

Hopefully it will be fixed asap.

Thanks. Reported it few months back but didn’t get a reply to confirm. By the way, any plans to make the data easier to see? Sort of like D.N.A.S.

That's good to hear. It's September -- ads and listener numbers are growing. We need this info.

BTW, the tool now is returning error 500 - "internal server error" if the credential are correct. If not, it returns 401 - "unauthorized", as expected.

Thanks. It’s been fixed like 3 weeks ago though. Lol.

Now I need a fix for random stream disconnects. I’ve had more than 3 in one day.
