Advertising doesn't work

Hey,
Unfortunately, it has been noticeable to us for several days that only 2 to 3 people are moved into advertising. However, we have around 40 listeners.
It hasn't worked since today.

Does anyone have these problems, too?

Current status:
When you turn on, the server don't even load ads.

Is the problem only with my stations?

In fact, the Targetspot report currently only shows the "requests" red graph.

Update:
The advertising works again on my streams.

Advertising doesn't work for me on AAC+ 32kbit/s. All adverts, which are being loaded can't be read by the server. On the 192kbps stream hardly any ads are being played.

I think it's a shame that out of 36 listeners, only 12 are moved into advertising.

Most of my listeners are listening on the mobile stream. They don't get any ads for weeks now.

Since yesterday my listeners from Germany are reporting English and French ads.

If this goes on, I do not think I have to go to the other provider. When the advertisement at SHOUTcast went for the first time, I was thrilled. Now I'm just branching out. 12% Fill Rate. That's nothing!

My money already earned is no longer there!

Instead of more than 100€, I only have 5€ left.

Why is that? I want my money again immediately.
