How long do I have to wait for an Enterprise request to respond?

Hey,
I sent an Enterprise request last night.
How long do I have to wait for an answer?

Wanted to handle the whole thing relatively quickly.

Well at the moment I could imagine they have christmas holidays. However the times until a support request will be answered (if ever) seems to be very high.

I sent 10, never get replies since December even for servers 404ing and going down, I never got a response.

I seriously think Bruno left and no one took over his job or they haven't figured out there is a zendesk support ticket system they are not looking at... along with this forum...

if the customer service for something you pay for is that bad you are absolutely right to take your business elsewhere.

There is a thead about hosting providers perhaps you might find a suitable provider there.
