Starting SHOUTcast server

Hello SHOUTcasters.

I have just doewnloaded the shoutcast server. installed it,
made changes in the ini file about the ports and passwords.
I also changes the content directory to point
on one of my harddrives. Basically everything is done.
But when i start up the sc_serv_gui.exe with this ini file,
it runs file but when i connect to it via IE it says
"Server is down". The screenshot.jpg attached says it all

1.Question: How do i actually start up the server? Is there a stat button?
2.Question: How do i select files for random broadcast like a radio? Could there be like a M3U file for the server to read?

Thank you, very much.

1. There is no start button. When you connect a source to the DNAS it will start. To connect a source you need to download the following DSP and install it (you also need Winamp): http://www.shoutcast.com/downloads/s...-2-windows.exe
Once that is installed start Winamp and press Ctrl + P
Click on DSP/Effect and then click SHOUTcast .....
Configure the DSP (ip, port, password, bitrate, genre, etc.)
Play a file in Winamp and then press connect.

2. The stuff above should answer this.
