is it possible to import music from real player?

What do you mean exactly?
The music isn't stored in Real Player, it's on your hard drive.
You can save your playlist to a .pls or .m3u playlist, then open it in Winamp.
Or you can simply use the Add button in the Winamp playlist and add your files from there ("Add dir" to add a full folder of mp3's, or "Add File" to add selected files using Ctrl + left click).
