How, Or Can I Use Virtual Audio Cables With Winamp

I recently switched the method which I do and record my live show and I have always used winamp with my soundboard to hear the guests but the recording don't come out right I downloaded Virtual Audio Cables and set them up with Sams like a friend has them but sams sounds like crap and I want to stick with winamp. How can I make it so that people can hear my guests, or use the VAC's can someone help and tell me if its possible if so how to config it please would be a huge help. Thanks Jamie Havican
