Always on top dual monitor

Not sure if its a setting or intended to work this way. Having always on top works fine on the primary monitor but when moving to the secondary monitor it no longer stays in front.

Using v5.8 build 3660

I use 3 monitors and have no issues as it's never on my primary monitor. Though i'm running 5.666

I have the same problem with 5.8 not staying on top. Haven't tried 5.666 yet, but it happens.
