Need Midi to Wav plugin

Can anyone please direct me to where I can find a midi to wav plugin that works. So far the one's I've been using aren't quite working for me, probably because I'm not using them correctly, so at the same time as directing me to one (or sendin one to me), please provide instructions on how to get it to work. What would be best is a Midi to MP3. I'm using Noteworthy Composer to compose the music, then save it as either type 1 midi or type 0. thanks for all of your help!
