small bug with unicode

my unicode installer uses an external .INI file for a custom page (MUI_INSTALLOPTIONS_INITDIALOG)

As this page contains some "funny" characters, I saved the INI as UTF8 too. Here's the small bug: If this INI file includes the UTF8 BOM, then the installation silently fails, the page doesn't show at all

If I exclude the BOM, then it is all fine. My main NSI file is also UTF8 with a BOM but works fine

not the end of the world, but I imagine it should be an easy fix
