Talking live

Hello all! I recently signed up with voscast and have been using winamp as my automation. Now with with winamp am I going to be able to talk live in between tracks, take calls via skype etc? Would there be a way to individually manage the volumes of my mic,background music and a live caller?I have been using Spreaker where it makes it much easier to combine all these things together, however I was hoping I would be able to do the same with winamp. Thank you in advance!
