Shoutcast Planner Getting Stream to Start

So I am using shoutcast business plan and I have generated a box, with a clock and a playlist inside the planner. How do I get the station connected or start? I tried to see if the stream was playing to but I dont know what to do next. thanks

So i think i did that already. I dropped Mondays playlist into the planning and it says "pooled" then generated but still no music. What do i try next?

Click on generated and read the log file, it indicates whether something went wrong during the generation.

I visted the log file and it says "The planning has been generated and saved"

wait how did you restart the player? Are you a admin? I was hoping to get a extra month maybe two on my billing because it took me 3 months to get it started with my kids and work. I tried my best.

I have been a moderator on the Radionomy forum for over 10 years, and yes I can reboot radios with my moderator tools.
You can also reboot your radio yourself. Shoutcast Manager ====> Settings ====> Advanced
"Click here to restart your radio station. Note this can be done only once every 24 hours"

I also have direct contact with the team in case of technical problems.

I have the same problem , all set but radio no playing at all , rebooted server but still nothing , could you help please , ticked raised to support tema but with no response

I have found 3 radios in the database with the name Banitamaxx. I restarted this radio and plays again. https://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/r...nitamaxx/index

How comes that when I did reboot my station nothing happen you have done this with flying colours, cheers. Did you use reboot button on the dashboard ar different way?

BanitaMaxx,

I have access to the database where I can support radios that work with the Shoutcast manager.
I don't know the difference of rebooting, maybe you do a soft reboot and I do a hard reboot.
If I do a reboot, the radio in question loses all its listeners.

Could you once egain reboot my station please
I just did it but noe my stream went from 192kb/s to 128kb/s and I cant connect live from the studio, also planner is not working again.
In my opinion avability to fully manage my server should be default. by the way still no responce from support team re my ticket I have raised few days ago

I just replaced my billing method but i missed the deadline. I added a new card so please if you can make sure the station is running or can trigger the billing to get it started that would be great. Also, I contacted you using your contact link on your nostalgia radio station. Cant wait for you to get back to me.

He does not actually have access to payments.

Please contact SHOUTcast at https://help.shoutcast.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or support@SHOUTcast.com and put pressure there. I also wrote to the support yesterday, so he's still alive.

Can you tell me what my radio stream link is for the Shoutcast Icecast HTML5 Radio Player Options. When I post the link Nosti gave me it says there are too many re-directs so the embedd doesn't play. I am trying the Shoutcast Icecast HTML5 Radio Player Option so hoping you can help with the radio stream link.

I, too have successfully generated planning for days and days and rebooted my station multiple times, but I can never hear anything from the stream URL. I only get an error message of "The file you requested could not be found." Is it possible someone could help get my station running? The station name is "Truth For The World" and the URL is:

A reboot is the solution, in the meantime I have done that and the radio is playing fine now.
I don't understand why a reboot doesn't work for you.
