Winamp in a ghost story...

Either that or we could go with the idea that spirits cause electrical disturbances and used that ability to change some 1s and 0s in the CPU instructions to command Winamp from beyond.

It may well be that the guy thought the focus was on some other application and he started typing away.

I think someone forgot the alarm clock plugin was active

or they were too drunk to realize that the playlist was still going.
