AVS Browser?

You have a skin browser for hogs like me who have a million skins. But the AVS chooser is still very hard to work with when you have a ton of AVS's like me. How about a browser for AVS?

The skin browser just displays an image file within the skin-archive.

An AVS browser would require it to render one frame of the preset, which could very well be black or not represent the preset "correctly". If you want pre-rendered images, most AVS artists won't waste their time screenshotting ever preset in their pack.

Yeah, I guess I'm describing it wrong. What I mean is an alternative to the menu list which goes off the bottom of the screen. The Skin menu is like this too, but you can alternatively open the skin browser and scroll down through it.

Maybe I should have described it as a file manager. It would have the directories on the left and the avs's on the right. It might even stay open while the avs is running. Not just a static image.

Not exactly what you are asking for, however in the AVS editor you can open AVS presets like a song or file
Right click in the AVS window > AVS Editor > Preset > Load

Or, you can set presets to shortcut keys...
Right click in AVS window > AVS Editor > Settings > Presets/Hotkeys
Preset keys will work while AVS is in focus
