Station Playlist Creator SPL

I've heard of this program called SPL, found at www.stationplaylistcreator.com

before i drop down some bucks on this I wonder if anyone has tried it and maybe has the fully functional version that i could use?

hmmm, no wonder i couldn't get to download it! i'll need to give this link to the person who gave it to me, he thinks their website is down!!!
