Winamp disturbs HDMI output/nvidia card

hello and merry xmas

i recently started using an external monitor with my notebook via hdmi and it works perfectly. no issues.

but as soon as i open winamp, the display starts jumping between the internal notebook monitor and the external one.

winamp seems to be trying to force the internal monitor.

any ideas?

p.s.: I am using cpro_bento skin
