Looping songs with metadata tags

I've looked all over, and I can't for the life of me find a way to do this with Winamp. My metadata is set up correctly, I've already been able to test that with other programs - Doom, RPG Maker VX Ace, etcetera. But Winamp apparently doesn't support LOOPSTART or LOOPLENGTH metadata tags. If I'm wrong and it does, what is the proper capitalization/underscore placement/spelling/whatever and if it doesn't, is there a plugin with which I can enable this type of functionality without having to manually set the loop points every time I change songs?

I can provide a short example OGG that is properly looped, but Winamp clearly doesn't play correctly, if necessary.
