HTML5 Audio Tag play MP3

hello, everybody i put this code on my website to embed audio player with my fav radio.

<audio controls="controls" autoplay >
<source src="http://IP:PORT/;stream.mp3" type="audio/mp3" />
</audio>

today it is not functioning... why? how can i solve the problem?

possible options without having any real information to work with...
1) the stream is down
2) the stream address has changed
3) they've banned you from accessing the stream
4) its an issue with the browser you're using
