Upgraded to 5.58, gets stuck at startup while "Rexindexing Media Library"

I recently upgraded to 5.58. Installation was successful. When I launch Winamp it displays a bar that says "Reindexing Media Library" and only progresses about a quarter of the way and then freezes. I have a lot of difficulty closing it then. I tried re-installing, it didn't work. It's driving me INSANE!

I'm terribly sorry but that didn't narrow it down at all. I read through the entire thing and didn't see anything relating to my problem. Can you please be a little more specific?
