Using an intro file? Remove it. If the intro file doesn't match the samplerate/bitrate of the stream, you get the chipmunks. Either fix it, and upload it again, or get rid of it.

this is what i exactly getting its like chipmunks, but i am not using any intro file, i tried both playing songs directly in winamp choosing winamp input as well as playing songs separately using line-in input option but still the same problem.

one thing to try is to make sure the sample-rate for the soundcard input is set to the same as the encoder (there's a quirk with the v2 DSP which will make it use the soundcard sample-rate at times even when it's not using that mode). that's one thing to try, though i've also found that sometimes the soundcard driver can mess itself up and a machine reboot usually resolves such quirks.

Do you followed the suggestions by DrO? If yes and you should get the same issue, check the affected files and reencode it to a constant bitrate.
