"Playback Excluder" plugin needed

Hi guys,
On my newly installed system, I need the "Playback Excluder" plugin for my Winamp installation. On Dr. O's website, it's not available any more:

Maybe someone has it on their hard disk and would not mind sending it to me? That would be greatly appreciated!
